Pitching Content Marketing for Brand Awareness 

After 1.5 months working at PLAE, I noticed that we are not reaching and convincing potential customers about our values: 

1) SEO not performing well

2) Brand Awareness: We are not effectively reaching new potential customers

3) Needs to communicate our shoes' values to justify the higher price 

As a result, I created this content marketing proposal for my ecommerce team to talk about the possibility using content marketing to tell our story in more detail and focused. Benefits are:

1) Create credibility for our company and what we provide

2) Create and engage communities 

3) Be part of the families' lives even though they cannot afford our shoes yet but in the future, we will be the first one they think of. 

 

Art Direction for New Brand: Adult + Kids Collection

October 2017 is our first debut of our Adult Shoes Collection. PLAE has grown up! The challenge is how to create a cohesive brand and art direction that seamlessly bridge Kids shoes brand to Adult shoes. How do we keep the kid at heart but at the same time have the sophistication of an adult. Here my art direction proposal which was executed and further developed. 

 

 

Website's UX Design goes hand in hand with Storytelling & Marketing

This is a presentation that I put together for our founder and CEO to talk about the importance of UX design for the company. I noticed our website does not have an effective way of telling our PLAE story and communicating directly to our customers what we offer and who we are. The navigation of the website is not intuitive and clear which is seen in our data that it cost us a lot of revenue. Due to this presentation, our founder and CEO is heavily consider incorporating UX thinking and process into future designs.
